By using the Domain Log Book website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Basic Terms
- You must be 13 years or older to become a member.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Domain Log Book members.
- You may not use Domain Log Book for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links that you submit, post, and display on Domain Log Book.
- Domain Log Book is intended for personal use and is not a generic image hosting service. Professional or corporate uses of Domain Log Book are prohibited.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack Domain Log Book or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Domain Log Book.
- You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Domain Log Book members (“Spam”).
- You must not, in the use of Domain Log Book, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- You must not post sexually explicit, nude or illegal images. All images submitted may be removed if deemed inappropriate.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Domain Log Book account. While Domain Log Book prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Domain Log Book cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use Domain Log Book at your own risk.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate your Domain Log Book account for any reason, without notice, at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter these terms of service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms of service, we will notify you. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these terms of service.
Use of Domain Log Book and the Domain Log Book content
All of the Content available through Domain Log Book is protected by our copyrights and the copyrights of our partners and/or users. You may not use, store, display, publish, transmit, distribute, modify, reproduce, create derivative works of, participate in the transfer or sale of, publicly perform, or in any way exploit any of this Content, in whole or in part, outside of the specific usage rights granted to you by Domain Log Book as part of the services we provide.
You may not use Domain Log Book in any manner that interferes with our normal operations or with the use and enjoyment of another user. You may only access Domain Log Book and the Content through the interfaces provided by Domain Log Book.
You understand that by using Domain Log Book, you may be exposed to Content that you find offensive or objectionable.
Grant of License
When you post or transmit content on or through Domain Log Book you grant Domain Log Book, their affiliates and partners a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, sub licensable, royalty-free license to use, store, display, publish, transmit, transfer, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works of and publicly perform that content on and through each of the services provided by Domain Log Book. This license shall apply to the distribution and the storage of your content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.
Limits on our Responsibilities
We cannot guarantee the accuracy, security or quality of content posted on or transmitted through Domain Log Book.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss, harm, error or omission that may result from the use of Domain Log Book or the services we provide or for any service failure or interruption, regardless of the cause.
